Do you like to engage in this type of activity, incognito shopping does not appeal to everyone. To some it comes naturally, almost second nature. Some are born with the shopping gene and keep wanting to make things better. These are essential elements for it is the bulk of what you have to do in a Mystery Shopper type business, context and industry. It revolves around customer services, products, the processes involved in these contexts and dynamics. You need to probe and ask yourself the question whether you like to shop or enjoy being a customer/client of a business? If shopping, eating out, talking to others is problematic for you, you do not find the fun and joy in it, then this is NOT the job, business for you!

Are the businesses, locations, staff, processes, products and services, living up to expectation, giving what it promises it will deliver, function well, please the customer, what can be improved these are the perspectives and angles you will need to use in order to get things done in Mystery Shopper. Opinions do not matter as much as fact, so stick to them! You can help develop, expand and improve businesses. If this excites you, then mystery shopping will have lots to offer you as well.
