Understanding the Mystery Shopper Program

Although the mystery shopper program has been around since the late 1940s, many people still know nothing or very little about it. The more you can learn about what your customers do and do not like, the better chance of you have of being successful.

While you can focus the reporting on areas of known concerns or having an overall company evaluation performed, one of the best investments you can make is with a mystery shopper program.
