These certifications are mostly for mystery shopping companies that are on the hunt for a skill-set and capabilities, track record or specific service available to them. It typically involves some upfront testing in that area to ensure that they have a good handle on the requirements, are qualified, meet minimum or specific criteria and understand requirements, specifications, process and are capable of fulfilling their duties.
